Unlike many of our competitors, we also have an onsite team of some of the best programmers in the industry. This allows us to not only provide the most powerful and flexible products but also offer the highest class of support possible.

We’ve been in the hosting business since 2001 – and we like to think it’s because our clients receive a service they can depend on. We really do believe that you'll love hosting with us. Therefore to put our money where our mouth is we offer several assurances so that we never fall short.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
This one’s simple. If you're not fully satisfied within your first 30 days as a client, we'll refund all your hosting fees. We give the same level of customer service to whether you’ve been with us one day or 10 years. The money-back guarantee has a few exclusions:
- Domain Name Registration / Transfers
- SSL Certificates
- Setup Fees
99.9% Uptime Guarantee
If your service isn't available for at least 99.9% of a calendar month, we will also credit your account in line with how long your service has been unavailable:
- The uptime guarantee excludes any scheduled maintenance, and is for unplanned outages only. Please see our terms for full details.
